Hemisphere is scheduled to open in early October and will be located in the former Shalimar restaurant, in West Bridgford. Paul is personally involved in the extensive refurbishment of the venue, with the help of his father, who has come out of retirement to support his son's dream.
Paul feels truly blessed by the support of family and friends in making his long-held dream come true. Whether you're looking for a family-friendly spot to enjoy bubble tea and matcha green tea lattes, a light brunch, a few nibbles, or an intimate dining experience, Hemisphere promises to be the destination of choice.
