Hemisphere is an Australasian-inspired restaurant and bar located on Central Avenue, West Bridgford in Nottinghamshire.

Cuisine inspired by the Eastern Hemisphere, where the flavours of Modern European, Asian, and Australasian cuisine harmoniously come together. Enjoy an Aussie brunch, tapas-style small plates, specialty coffees, and bubble teas by day, followed by indulgent sharing plates by night – all perfectly paired with expertly crafted cocktails and a carefully curated wine selection.

Created by Nottingham chef Paul Thacker, Hemisphere is part of his career ambition to run his own restaurant and is the culmination of extensive hard work and creativity to bring this dining concept to life. 

The restaurant and bar is open Tuesday – Sunday from 10am till late.
