An intimate fine dining restaurant within one of Nottingham’s highest-rated hotels, overlooking the historic ramparts of Nottingham Castle, with two AA Rosettes.
Curated by chef Adam Thackeray, each dish is crafted with care and passion, keeping sustainability and a no-waste approach at the heart of the menus.
