We’re headlong into autumn now, and that means it’s time for a menu make-over! We can’t wait to share our fantastic new dishes with you. To whet your appetite here’s an idea of what could be hitting your plate!
Fans of our meatball dish will be over the moon, as we’ve added Bruschetta alle Polpettine, a is smaller versions of our classic dish on toasted ciabatta. Or if you go mad for mozzarella, you’ll love our Bruschetta Caprese with buffalo mozzarella, roasted tomatoes, finished with a drizzle of balsamic vinegar and fresh basil.
And it’s great news for our seafood fans, who will be in their element with two new dishes, Spiedini di gamberoni alla griglia, which is a skewer of king prawns, peppers and red onion, chargrilled and dressed with a mouthwatering lemon butter. Also the power of the people has won us over and we are very proud to be reintroducing (by seriously popular demand) a huge favourite. Farfalle al salmone affumicato e asparagi. This sumptuous favourite features farfalle pasta tossed with smoked salmon, asparagus, garlic, white wine and double cream. You’re welcome.
We’ve updated our pizza dishes and proudly introduce our Pizzette con gorgonzola e pere, a gorgeous mozzarella and gorgonzola pizza with pear and rocket.
For those looking for something a little lighter, why not try our new Insalata Panzanella. This little beauty is our version of the 16th-century Tuscan salad, with tomatoes, ciabatta bread, red onion, basil leaves, green olives, roasted peppers and Gran Moravia shavings.
