Nottingham’s go-to social dining destination, Binks Yard, is kicking off a bold new era with a fresh menu celebrating big flavours and flowing drinks. Fire-led cooking sits at the heart of the experience, with smoke, char and slow-cooked depth shaping generous, shareable plates and a space that transitions seamlessly from day into night.

Signature dishes include Nottinghamshire rare-breed pork cutlet with miso cabbage and jus, to a coal-fired chicken Caesar salad finished with anchovy crumb and aged Parmesan. The menu also features a crisp pork schnitzel with pickled jalapeño, a showstopping 350g sirloin steak served with breaded smoked bone marrow and chimichurri, and a beautifully balanced wood-fired aubergine with tomato and chickpea stew.

For lighter bites, Binks Yard offers an enticing selection of snacks, small plates and flame-grilled skewers, ranging from succulent tiger prawns to spiced chicken thigh or charred cauliflower. Meanwhile, Sundays are all about live music and generous sharing roasts with a feasting platter of whole ham hock, half a chicken, two wings and two slices of rump of beef, alongside a selection of sauces and sides, perfect for long, laid-back afternoons spent soaking up the atmosphere. Kids’ individual and vegan roasts are also available.

At the bar, enjoy a refreshed menu delivering a classic yet elevated cocktail selection, led by Binks Yard’s signature margaritas and spritzes. Expect eight margarita varieties, spanning smoked mango & habanero and watermelon & mint, alongside four indulgent espresso martini flavours. The offering is completed by local cask and craft beers, new premium soft drinks, and a considered range of 0% cocktails and draught beer from Lucky Saint.

Already part of Nottingham’s thriving social rhythm, Binks Yard is open Tuesday to Sunday with a jam-packed diary of weekly DJ sets, events and moments to suit every vibe – with more to come as Binks Yard reaffirms its status as Nottingham’s home of social dining.

Binks Yard sits within Nottingham’s Island Quarter development and has become a popular spot for social dining, live events and drinks in the city centre.
