Hart’s Kitchen has unveiled its January Prix Fixe Menu for 2026, offering a seasonal dining experience created by Head Chef Lewis Ward, in collaboration with Michelin-starred chef Aaron Patterson of Hambleton Hall.

Celebrating the very best of seasonal produce, the carefully curated menu focuses on refined flavours and thoughtful cooking. Diners can expect dishes such as a delicate sea bream terrine and slow-cooked beef served with homemade pasta, with each course reflecting the kitchen’s commitment to modern British cuisine.

Available Monday to Thursday throughout January 2026, the Prix Fixe menu is priced at £22 for two courses or £29 for three courses. It is served from 12 noon to 2.30pm for lunch and 5.30pm to 9.30pm in the evening, making it well suited to both relaxed daytime dining and early evening occasions.

The January Prix Fixe menu runs alongside Hart’s Kitchen’s seasonal à la carte menu, which also introduces a selection of new dishes to explore, including pan-fried red mullet and Red Hill Farm black pudding. Together, the menus showcase the kitchen’s ongoing commitment to seasonal ingredients and trusted suppliers.

Vegan and gluten-free options are available.

Located in the heart of Nottingham, Hart’s Kitchen continues to champion seasonal produce, elegant cooking and warm hospitality.
