The Cavendish Hotel and sister inns, The Pilsley and The Beeley, forming part of Chatsworth Escapes, have a tempting offer for new bookings to start the new year.

Whether it’s to simply enjoy a meal in a cosy inn, or stylish restaurant with countryside views, or the option of overnight accommodation too, diners can enjoy a special early lunch or dinner menu, savouring the best seasonal flavours grown or reared upon the Estate and surrounding area.

Resident guests will enjoy an early lunch or dinner at their choice of property on a complimentary basis, with non-residents paying from £15 per head for a two-course meal.

Whilst the price may be lean, the seasonal menus are full of deliciously prepared winter dishes, with a choice of either a two or three-course set menu. For example, enjoy in The Garden Room at The Cavendish, breaded brie with house chutney, followed by satay salmon, sunflower seed satay, noodle, with spring onion, chilli and coriander and a vanilla pannacotta with sticky toffee sauce.

At The Pilsley Inn, starters include celeriac and apple velouté, with a vegetarian option for the main, of garden root vegetable and goats’ cheese wellington, with crushed carrots, swede and vegetable gravy. At The Beeley, starters include chicken liver parfait, red onion marmalade and toasted focaccia, followed by confit corn-fed chicken with petit pois a la Francaise with roasted garlic sauce.

An overnight stay including accommodation and a full traditional cooked breakfast starts at £80.50 per person/ £140.50 per person staying at The Pilsley or Beeley Inns, or The Cavendish Hotel respectively. This promotional rate also includes the complimentary meal taken as lunch or early dinner.

*Residential guests have the opportunity to explore the full menu too, if they prefer, by paying a supplement to upgrade accordingly.
