Morley Hayes, one of Derbyshire’s best loved country hotels, is celebrating a major milestone as it marks its 20th anniversary.

Since its launch in Autumn 2005, the boutique four-star hotel has become a standout destination in the region’s hospitality scene, known for its charm, quality, exceptional service, and stunning views across the Derbyshire countryside.

With 32 beautifully designed bedrooms, landscaped grounds, and a picturesque setting in the heart of the Derbyshire countryside, the family-owned Morley Hayes hotel remains a firm favourite for everything from weekend getaways and business stay to weddings, and special events.

As the hotel celebrates its 20th year, it continues to earn national recognition for excellence. This year it was ranked among the top 1% of hotels worldwide in the TripAdvisor Travellers’ Choice Awards Best of the Best awards.

The hotel also boasts an outstanding 4.9 rating on TripAdvisor, reflecting the consistently high standards delivered over the years.

Speaking about the hotel’s 20th anniversary, Andrew Allsop, joint managing director of Morley Hayes, said:

“Reaching our 20th anniversary is a really special moment for all of us. It’s been an incredible journey, and we are immensely grateful to everyone who has supported us along the way - from our loyal guests and dedicated team to the wider local community.
