As the temperature drops and the nights draw in, Las Iguanas invite you to try their new Autumn Winter menu designed to bring lashings of Latin American warmth and vibrancy to your plate. Launching at all 43 sites across the UK on 29th September, the menu includes a whole host of brand new seasonal starters, main dishes, desserts and cocktails.

Perfect for sharing, the new Smoked Haddock Croquetta’s are packed with fish, spiked with red chilli and served with a zingy salsa - the ultimate winter-warmer starter. Or why not try the new vegetarian-friendly Black Bean Bolinhos (fritters) for a true taste of classic Brazilian market food.

The new must-try-main for September is the Las Iguanas Ribeye – 16oz of prime steak on the bone, char-grilled to your liking, served with chunky molho a campanho, tomato salsa and a choice of mixed sweet potato and cassava fries or salad and fresh herb chimichurri or chipotle butter.

There’s also a lively new Seabass dish on the menu which seafood lovers will love – a perfectly cooked Seabass fillet sat on a bed of spring onion and garlic rice with white crab and peeled king prawns in a tomato, coriander, basil, parsley, achiote and red pepper sauce.

As for vegetarians, there’s a fabulous new Quinoa Salad to try out, comprising of red and  white quinoa, black beans, roasted sweet potatoes, charred sweet corn tossed in a chunky tomato salsa and lime juice on thick creamy guacamole. Served with cranberry chilli salsa, sweet roquito pepper drops and topped with crisp corn tortilla strips and coriander.

Round off your Latin American Autumn feast with Las Iguanas’ new Brazilian-style tiramisu - The Passion Fruit Pave – what more could you want than layers of sweet soaked sponge topped with passion fruit cream? The perfect balance of sharpness and sweet!

And not forgetting, of course, what Las Iguanas do best, cocktails! There’s a whopping eight new creations to try including; Miami Vice, the perfect combination of Strawberry Daiquiri and Piña Colada all served in one glass, Smoking Plums, Bru-Xo mezcal with calvados, plum preserve and lemon, served with charred smoking cinnamon and Pineapple Pisco Sour, which combines Pisco and dry Martini shaken with fresh pineapple and pineapple purée, lemon, sugar and Angostura bitters.

So this Autumn, for fresh, exciting and delicious food that will warm the cockles of your heart, a diverse selection of creative cocktails and service that will perk you up on any dark day, head to Las Iguanas and dive into dishes that will take you to straight to sunnier climes minus the cost of the airfare!
