Derby Brewing Co has launched new FreeFrom menus across its venues (The Tap, The Greyhound, The Queen’s Head and The Kedleston Country House) to cater for those with allergens and dietary requirements.
Already serving a great selection of freshly made, locally sourced food, all prepared and cooked on site, Derby Brewing Co is proud to bring in these new menus and make their unique dishes available to people with specific dietary needs.
Managing Director Paul Harris commented: “We take the risk of allergic reactions seriously and with this in mind we have launched separate FreeFrom menus. To make things easy for our customers, our talented chefs have worked up a FreeFrom menu at each site clearly outlining which of our homemade mouth-watering dishes are suitable for a variety of food intolerances from gluten free to lactose intolerance.
“The hardest part of your visit should be deciding which of our great drinks you want to accompany your meal, not whether you can eat it. Having recently launched these menus we are already receiving great feedback.”
Each venue has a distinctive style and the FreeFrom dishes will be reflected in that. Expect tasty smokehouse meats and burgers at The Greyhound, great homemade favourites at The Queen’s Head, pub classics with a twist at The Tap with their huge range of drinks to match and our relaxed dining menu at The Kedleston, with further menus available on request.
The separate FreeFrom menus clearly show the dishes which are suitable for customers who are lactose intolerant, coeliac or vegetarian. Just some of dishes available include burritos with smoked meats, tempura battered fish and chips, fajitas, homemade nachos and many more. There’s also a great range of vegetarian dishes included on the menus so it’s easy to find a meat-free meal quickly.
All the FreeFrom menus are available to download or available at each venue.
