Hart's Kitchen has unveiled its new Summer Set Menu, available from 20th July to 31st August 2026, offering diners the opportunity to enjoy contemporary British cooking centred around the best produce of the season.
The restaurant's 2 AA Rosettes for Culinary Excellence reflect its commitment to quality, with the new Summer Set Menu continuing that focus on seasonal British ingredients. Available Monday to Friday, the menu is priced at £28 for two courses or £34 for three courses.
The seasonal menu features dishes designed to reflect the lighter flavours of summer, beginning with chilled pea and mint soup before moving on to main courses including sirloin Tagliata, followed by a selection of seasonal desserts.
Ideal for business lunches, relaxed catch-ups or early evening dining, the menu offers guests the chance to experience Hart's Kitchen at exceptional value throughout the summer months.
On warmer days, diners can also enjoy Hart's outdoor terrace – a secluded city-centre courtyard that provides one of Nottingham's most peaceful settings for al fresco dining.
The Summer Set Menu is available Monday to Friday from 20th July until 31st August 2026, with lunch served from 12.00pm to 2.30pm and dinner from 5.30pm to 9.30pm.
