Hilton East Midlands Airport has officially launched its brand-new Wellness Zone, a pioneering wellbeing experience designed to help guests relax, recover, and rebalance before or after travel.

Conveniently located just minutes from East Midlands Airport and at Junction 24 of the M1, the hotel’s new Wellness Zone introduces a modern approach to rest and recovery, combining innovative technology with classic leisure facilities to deliver a seamless wellbeing journey.

At the heart of the experience is a trio of cutting-edge treatments rarely found in traditional hotel spas. Guests can enjoy the Welnamis Sleep Bed, a therapeutic sound-and-vibration experience that helps calm the mind and improve sleep quality, alongside the Wellsystem Wave Bed, offering a unique dry-water massage to ease muscle tension and boost circulation. Completing the experience is the BubbleSpa® shower, an immersive sensorial treatment that envelops the body in a cascade of water and air bubbles for ultimate relaxation.

The Wellness Zone is thoughtfully integrated within the hotel’s existing leisure offering, allowing guests to move effortlessly between experiences. Visitors can pair these advanced treatments with access to the indoor pool, sauna, steam room and relaxation areas within the LivingWell Health Club, creating a holistic wellness journey.

Designed with modern travellers in mind, the Wellness Zone caters to a wide range of wellbeing needs, from easing pre-flight nerves and combating jet lag to supporting post-meeting recovery or enhancing a leisure stay. The treatments are non-invasive, efficient, and accessible, making them ideal for both hotel guests and local visitors seeking a restorative escape.

"We are delighted to introduce the Wellness Zone at Hilton East Midlands Airport. Today’s travellers are increasingly prioritising wellbeing, and this new space allows us to offer a truly innovative and restorative experience that fits seamlessly into busy lifestyles. Whether guests are preparing for a journey, unwinding after a long day, or simply taking time for themselves, the Wellness Zone offers a unique opportunity to relax, recharge and feel at their very best." Said Sue Cave, general manager.

The launch reinforces Hilton East Midlands Airport’s commitment to enhancing the guest experience through thoughtful innovation. With its combination of advanced wellness technology, tranquil surroundings and convenient location, the hotel continues to redefine what an airport stay can feel like, transforming it into a restorative and rejuvenating experience.

In addition to the Wellness Zone, guests can enjoy the hotel’s 152 contemporary rooms, on-site dining at Whisk & Ladle Bar and Kitchen, and a fully equipped fitness centre, ensuring a comfortable and well-rounded stay.

The Wellness Zone is now open and available to book, view more details here. Guests can secure their wellness sessions by contacting the team directly on golf.puckrup@hilton.com or visiting this site.
