Amber Valley Wines (AVW) has won a prestigious accolade from BBCs Dragons Den star Theo Paphitis #SBS (Small Business Sunday).
Each week Theo picks just six small businesses to showcase and promote via his website and this week AVW was one of the lucky few. AVW had to describe their business in one Tweet and use the hashtag SBS.
Partners Duncan Mercer and Barry Lewis are delighted to have been chosen for this particular promotion. Their business was selected on Monday night and sent their twitter feeds crazy. The promotion will mean a permanent membership on Theo Paptis' exclusive SBS club.
Duncan said,
'We are over the moon as this is basically a free promotion that allows us to access excellent advice from one of the best business men and entrepreneurs out there: Theo
Amber Valley Wines will be branching out very shortly to launch its new online store 'The English Wine Shop' which will give people the opportunity to try a while range of the very best English Wines and particularly our world beating sparkling English wines.
People will also soon have the opportunity to invest in one of England's newest and brightest English vineyards when AVW launches its Equity for Wine Lovers scheme in the very near future.'
Barry Lewis added,
'This really couldn't have come at a better time and will give real momentum to our business.'
Amber Valley Wines are also a member of our very own Team #AVYourSay and the third member of the team to win this prestigious award with previous wins from Drew Patterson of Tree Hugger and Kaye Booth of SocialMyna.
