Add some joy to January at Carluccio’s with mains for just £1. From 4th January – 8th February diners ordering a full-price main dish will get another for just £1.

Carluccio’s autumn/winter menu puts vegetables in the spotlight and many of the January specials follow the same ethos. Offering the perfect lighter, meat-free alternative to anyone looking to nourish their body after an indulgent December, there are many fresh and vibrant dishes to choose from, as well as some heartier ones to keep the January blues at bay.

Delicious plant-based mains feature the finest Italian ingredients to satisfy those wholesome food cravings. Try the January special of spaghetti di zucca e cavolo nero, whole-wheat spaghetti with butternut and kale sauce, tossed with chilli and garlic and topped with roasted hazelnuts, or opt for orecchiette al cavoflore, Puglian pasta shapes with cauliflower purée, sautéed kale, chilli and roasted turmeric cauliflower florets.

Veggie’s favourite, penne giardiniera, Carluccio’s iconic pasta dish made with crispy spinach balls, courgette chilli and garlic is back to satisfy the soul in 2018, whilst stufato di pesce, a warming and spicy stew of cod, prawns, mussels and clams in a tomato and fennel sauce, served with grilled ciabatta is perfect for dunking into the rich broth.

To drink, diners can choose from a hand-selected pick of Italian wines, whilst those who are tackling Dry January can sip on lightly spiced alcohol-free spirit Seedlip with Fever Tree tonic or try a refreshing No.1 Rosemary Water over ice.
