The Botanist To Open In West Bridgford, Nottingham

The award-winning The New World Trading Company (NWTC) has revealed The Botanist, West Bridgford, Nottingham will officially open this Summer.



The unique pub and restaurant - located on 40 Bridgford Street, has also announced the creation of 55 new jobs in the area, making the site the 15th addition to The Botanist portfolio and covering a total of 5,280 ft of eating and drinking space.


Matt Bamber, Operations Director comments: “We are delighted to be opening our first Botanist in Nottinghamshire. West Bridgford has a great community and a vibrant night life which we are excited to be part of.”


Matt continues, “We think the food, cocktail and beer menus from our hanging kebab to the ale anthology with its 60 different beers will deliver a great dining and drinking experience for the residents.”


The Botanist is a unique concept inspired by all thing botanical, the space will play host to live music with daily energetic evening gigs along with lazy Sunday afternoon sessions, with a real home-from-home atmosphere.


As well as a selection of world famous beers & ales, the extensive botanical menu sees a whole host of fresh fruit, herbs and spirits, merged and muddled to create a number of unique delights. With over 45 botanical creations there’s plenty to choose from; a number of long and short cocktails are available alongside martinis, flutes and a selection of non-alcoholic cocktails. Guests can also expect classic cocktails, with a botanical twist such as a Cinnamon and Oregano Old Fashioned or an Apricot and Mint Daiquiri. Alongside the extensive drinks offering, discerning diners can feast on food inspired by the deli, rotisserie and BBQ.
