The concept, having taken over the world's most sought-after destinations, will bring its chic street-food vibe to this legendary Riviera hotel through exceptional cuts of meat and the finest seafood.
THE MAJESTIC'S CULINARY EXCELLENCE MEETS THE WORLD OF BEEFBAR
Founded in Monaco twenty years ago, Beefbar has established itself as an international must-visit destination, celebrating the world's finest cuts of meat through a cuisine that is both contemporary and generous. At the Majestic Cannes, the menu will showcase Tajima A5 Wagyu, grilled at high temperatures to bring out its full flavour.
True to the spirit of the Riviera and the abundance of seafood, the menu will also give pride of place to local catches: grilled fish, tasty Mediterranean-inspired dishes and fresh platters designed to be shared in the sunshine. A unique offering to enjoy in a lively and relaxed atmosphere.
At the helm of the kitchens, Executive Chef Jean-François Barberis will bring his sense of hospitality and his commitment to quality ingredients to the Beefbar, combining creativity, modernity and a respect for local flavours.
A REFINED AND FESTIVE ATMOSPHERE
Inside, guests will discover a sophisticated setting, designed as a contemporary showcase bathed in the light of the French Riviera. Overlooking the hotel's swimming pool, the Beefbar terrace will be the new summer hotspot where, in the shade of the parasols, the play of sunlight will accompany moments of sharing and conviviality.
