Saint-Barthélemy, 2026 – After successful openings in Courchevel, Megève, Paris and the French Riviera, Indie Group continues its international expansion with the launch of Pablo Saint-Barth, a new flagship venue overlooking the harbour of Gustavia.

Conceived as the Caribbean counterpart to the iconic Pablo Saint-Tropez, the venue introduces Indie Group’s signature blend of festive dining, refined atmosphere and magnetic nightlife to one of the world’s most exclusive islands.

Facing the port of Gustavia, Pablo Saint-Barth unfolds across two levels, offering two complementary experiences that flow seamlessly from sunset through to late night.

The Rooftop opens at golden hour, welcoming guests into a raw yet elegant setting defined by natural materials, warm lighting and lush tropical accents. The menu focuses on vibrant, sun-kissed cuisine, including fresh fish, crisp salads, tacos, sashimi, guacamole, quesadillas and shareable plates designed for convivial dining and lingering evenings under the Caribbean sky.

As night falls, the experience transitions to The Night Bar on the ground floor. Here, the atmosphere becomes more electric, with intensified music, signature cocktails, premium spirits and curated DJ sets carrying the energy late into the night. The result captures the unmistakable Pablo spirit – stylish, hedonistic and irresistibly alive.
