Toast to true love with a glass of Laurent-Perrier Cuvée Rosé Brut (£12.50), before diving into a menu of crowd-pleasing pub dishes with a contemporary twist. Highlights include Smoked salmon tartare with sourdough crostini, Pan-Fried chicken breast with sautéed new potatoes, chorizo, spinach, crispy prosciutto and mushroom sauce, and Crispy coated cod loin with king prawn and garlic butter sauce. Elevate your dining experience with a signature 8oz Steak, sourced from the British Isles and aged for 21 days, served with confit tomato, triple cooked chips and buttermilk onion rings (£5 supplement).
Finish on an indulgent note with the Insta-worthy Banana and miso caramel bomb, encased in a dark chocolate dome with caramelised seeds and honeycomb and filled with banana ice cream.
