Blaze Bar & Grill is located at Stephenson Place and will launch on Friday 6th August at 6pm with a VIP experience.
The family run business will be headed up by Justin Widdop & Omar Yahia. Omar has extensive experience in hospitality, both in the City of Manchester and also in the Middle East. Whereas Justin brings the experience of running a successful business within marketing. Blaze bring their skills together to make a fantastic team.
The ethos of Blaze is good quality food & drink combined with good service. We source our products locally and champion fresh ingredients, we want to support other small local businesses whilst ensuring that our customers have the best quality products to enjoy.
Blaze will be a restaurant for all, whether it’s a mid-week meal after a long day, a family celebration or date night, we are really looking forward to hosting you. If you do happen to be celebrating a birthday, Blaze will be offering the birthday guest a free main meal, as long as there are at least 3 other guests joining you.
We have some fabulous cocktails on the menu, including a few unique to Blaze, as well as draught & bottled beers, an array of different gin’s and a wine menu that you won’t find anywhere else in Chesterfield. There will also be locally sourced, world class coffee available.
Our menu’s can be found online at www.blazebarandgrill.co.uk where you can also now go ahead and book a table. There is still some availability for our VIP experiences, where you will get freebies and discounts to celebrate our opening with us.
Blaze will also be operating a takeaway service after the opening weekend, so those that can’t get out to see us, still get to sample the menu, you will find us on Just Eat and Deliveroo.
