The independent Hart’s Hotel & Restaurant which has received many awards over the last 20 years continues achieving standards that standout in Nottinghamshire. The AA Inspector has once again awarded the restaurant the coveted award of an AA Rosette for Culinary Excellence and the hotel continues to be awarded Four Stars at the Silver level with a commendable merit.

Tim Hart, owner of Hart’s Hotel and Restaurant commented: ““This is a good day for Hart’s Nottingham. The Hotel is the only one in Nottingham to have the Silver Star award and we remain part of a select group with two rosettes. We hope that over the coming months lots of locals will climb the gentle hill to Hart’s and see for themselves what the fuss is about!””

Over and above the standard of the service, hospitality, food and the menu content, the AA Inspector highly rated other aspects in the report commenting:

“Hospitality is clearly a strength and there are many staff to commend for their naturally hospitable approach”

“Tastefully designed and decorated bedrooms”

“Neatly kept landscaped gardens with good quality garden furniture”

The extensive kitchen, at Hart’s incorporating a banqueting team, are under the management of Executive Head Chef Aaron Patterson from sister Hotel Hambleton Hall and Head Chef Dan Burridge. Dan Burridge commented: “We were awarded the AA Rosette for the first time 12 years ago and it’s something we take seriously. I cannot thank the team enough for their continued hard work, consistency and commitment to ensuring our high standards.”

General manager Adam Worthington commented: “These awards mean an incredible amount to the team. We are thrilled that our hard work in making that memorable guest experience has not gone unnoticed! We are extremely proud to receive such an accolade from the AA, and we look forward to retaining our Silver Stars and AA Rosettes for many years to come!”
