Tim Hart, owner of Hart’s Hotel and Restaurant commented: ““This is a good day for Hart’s Nottingham. The Hotel is the only one in Nottingham to have the Silver Star award and we remain part of a select group with two rosettes. We hope that over the coming months lots of locals will climb the gentle hill to Hart’s and see for themselves what the fuss is about!””

Over and above the standard of the service, hospitality, food and the menu content, the AA Inspector highly rated other aspects in the report commenting:

“Hospitality is clearly a strength and there are many staff to commend for their naturally hospitable approach”

I cannot thank the team enough for their continued hard work, consistency and commitment to ensuring our high standards.”

General manager Adam Worthington commented: “These awards mean an incredible amount to the team. We are thrilled that our hard work in making that memorable guest experience has not gone unnoticed!
