Denby is hosting The Makers’ Market at Denby Pottery Village on Saturday, 31st May open from 10am-4pm with Denby Pottery Village itself open from 9am-5pm,
Following the success of The Makers Market in March, visitors can again expect a bustling market filled with lots of delicious sweet-treats such as giant cookies, cupcakes, chocolate brownies, tray bakes; savoury delights including curries, Asian snacks, Jamaican hot and cold food and crafts from beautiful artwork, sculptures, handcrafted candles, to unique jewellery, board games, craft gin, handmade baby clothing, face paintings plus gifts for your furry friends, plus so much more! Live music will welcome visitors by popular East Midlands professional singer/songwriter Timothy Hoad.
The Makers Market' is well known as the leading artisan market in the North-West, and they are bringing a vibrant showcase of local talent and small businesses from our area to Denby Pottery Village!
Alongside the opportunity to discover unique, handcrafted treasures you won’t find anywhere else you will be supporting local craftspeople. In the Denby Pottery Village Farm Shop there will be tastings taking place and here you will find the popular Greedy Pig Butchers and Deli and the Farm Shop Café & Takeaway. Breakfast and home cooked lunches are available in the Bourne’s Coffee Shop & Bistro. Don’t forget too, the well-stocked Greeting Card Shop and Gift Shop with the popular Jellycats available whilst the Garden Stall gears up for summer and over in the inspiring Denby Shop and Cookshop there’s a wide selection of products at great prices.
