Caribbean restaurant and bar Turtle Bay have announced the arrival of their 'Late Night Eats' deal, available as part of their late Happy Hour, which runs throughout the week.



Late Night Eats is the perfect social grazing option to go alongside Turtle Bay’s glorious tropical cocktails. Guests who opt for them are in for a steal, as they can enjoy two small plates and four cocktails for £23.50 per person. Get ready to eat, drink, and dance the night away, and with most restaurants open till 1.00am there’s plenty of time to enjoy the Caribbean social.



There’s an eclectic range of vibrant and delicious small plates to choose from so  everyone is covered….  including Crispy Chilli Squid - Strips of squid marinated in mildly spiced coconut milk, crumbed and crisped, with mango mole and mild jerk mayo; Jerk Pit Ribs - Baby back ribs marinated in TB’s spice rub, grilled and basted in sweet and sticky mango bbq sauce; Mac ‘n’ Cheese Bites (v)  - Little balls of macaroni, cooked in a cheddar cheese sauce, crispy fried, topped with sweet chilli mango mole; Chilli Cheese Roti (v) Garlic butter roti, grilled to order and topped with melted cheddar, fresh chilli, rocket, even more garlic butter and pickled pink onions;  Trini Doubles (ve) Trinidad & Tobago street food - soft bara roti topped with curried chickpeas, cucumber chutney, shredded coconut, slight hot sauce or Jerk Pit Wings - chicken wings, marinated in TB’s homemade rub, chargrilled, topped with fiery jerk sauce.



The choice of cocktails covers everything  from the legendary cocktail menu with classics including the new Pineapple Daiquiri (with Jamaica Cove Pineapple Rum & triple sec, fresh lime & pineapple); the Coconut and Grapefruit Mojito (with Koko Kanu & white rum, fresh coconut, mint, lime & grapefruit); Spiced Julep, (with Duppy Share Spiced Rum & tequila, fresh lime, mint, apple & ginger beer) and the Rum Runner (white rum, amaretto & banana liqueur, fresh lime, grapefruit & raspberry).


And Turtle Bay, famed for its beach shack style vibes and incredible 2’4’1 cocktails, is also ramping up the island heat during late night’s more than ever with a brand new specially curated playlists to accompany late night eats and all round good times!
