Kushi-ya is a new Japanese grill restaurant opening in Nottingham soon. The venue will be occupying the old Alley Cafe site and after a lick of paint and some renovation we will be opening it as Kushi-Ya Japanese grill. They will be specialising in kushiyaki (skewered and grilled food) which they cook on a Japanese style BBQ also known as a yakitori grill.

Kushi-ya are aiming to raise £25000 through the Kickstarter campaign and have already raised over £2000 in the first couple of days.

If you pledge to support £25 then you will be receive that amount in vouchers to use at the venue when it opens but you can pledge as little or as much as you like.
