The Atzaro Group is famous on Ibiza for its delicious, natural and quality Mediterranean cuisine, with authentic Ibiza style, not only at Atzaro Hotel and Spa, but also at Aubergine in the countryside of Santa Gertrudis, Atzaro Beach and Atzaro Chiringuito, both on the beach of Cala Nova.

Atzaro Hotel

At Atzaro Hotel, everything that is on the menu has either been grown in the estate farm or gardens or locally sourced within 1km of the hotel - and only the highest quality seasonal and fresh ingredients are used. The grounds of Atzaro burst with hundreds of orange and almond trees and a team of gardeners grow fresh vegetables and herbs all year round for the kitchens to use.

There is a wonderful choice for gourmet dining at Atzaro Hotel. The spectacular Orange Tree is a grand courtyard restaurant resplendent with palm trees, vines, orange blossom, rosemary, hibiscus and jasmine, held by a dramatic wood pergola, with glamorous gold lighting at night. Possibly the most romantic dining setting in Ibiza. International visitors over the years have included some of Hollywood’s most iconic names including Kate Hudson and Rihanna, amongst many others.

The natural luxury dining continues in the finca or on the grand terrace of La Veranda restaurant, surrounded by beautiful lush gardens, olive trees and country views. Winter and Spring you can enjoy cocktails by scented log fires, or in Summer moonlight strolls around the glamourous gardens. Mediterranean menus change according to season and the vast wine cellar includes an extensive choice of hand-picked bio-dynamic and organic wines from Ibiza and around the world. Signature dishes include Ibicencan-inspired aromatic rack of lamb or for vegans the macrobiotic salads are a lighter alternative. All the meat and fish are organic, fresh and local and even the olive oil is locally pressed too. The hotel also produce their own delicious Orangello, an orange liquor made from the oranges form the estate that forms the base of their signature cocktail or can be sipped on it's own with ice.

Aubergine by Atzaro

Aubergine is a pretty restaurant with a country-chic style situated in the countryside between Santa Gertrudis and San Miguel, also owned by the Atzaro Group. The building is a restored finca that contains five cosy indoor dining rooms and three outdoor terraces dotted with romantic lighting. Perfect for lunch in the lovely gardens during the day, or destination dining for dinner under the stars at night, Aubergine encapsulates authentic Ibiza charm.

The extensive dining rooms, terraces and bars are decorated with rustic white plastered walls, sabina and olive beamed ceilings and accessorised with a simple and relaxing pastel green hue, with charming historical photographs of Ibiza and rustic antiques.
The food concept is farm to table and Aubergine has a varied, natural and organic menu, with all of the ingredients grown in the gardens or from local farms. Freshly made juices, fruit waters and organic local and Spanish wines compliment a delicious menu full of vegetarian options such as the tofu Buddha bowl and everyone loves the Aubergine Parmigana, the signature dish.

Atzaro Beach

Situated overlooking the beautiful sun drenched Cala Nova Beach, with spectacular turquoise water sea views, on the east coast of Ibiza, Atzaro Beach is a stylish fish restaurant that has a luxurious, yet authentic, beach-club vibe. There are a host of daybeds with white cottons and colour popping turquoise cushions to relax on, as well as a large terrace restaurant with lounging and indoor dining. The décor is inspired by the sensational sea views and the traditional fishermen of Ibiza. Glass fishing floats, lobster cage lighting and a fishing boat from Formentera, turned into a unique seating area, all give you the experience of authentic Ibiza at the beach. Signature dishes include their famous traditional black rice made with squid ink, amazing traditional paellas and the Ibicencan ‘Bullit de Peix’ – local fish and potatoes with alli oli. The restaurant specialises in fresh seafood dishes, created by the head chef who is an expert fisherman.

Further down the beach is another Atzaro Group eatery, Atzaro Chiringuito, a relaxed beach restaurant and bar in the sand dunes where you can enjoy an informal cold glass of rose and healthy bites for lunch or sundowners.
