One of Sheffield's largest independent restaurants has introduced a brand new menu that now offers over 40 different tapas dishes - one of the most varied and interesting selections in the region.
New dishes on the menu at Leopold Square's renowned Cubana include "Antipasto Español" - a selection of Spanish cured meats, cheeses and olives served with Spanish sourdough (masa madre) bread, grated fresh tomato dip and extra virgin olive oil.
Additional dishes already making waves include "Pincho De Ternera" - grilled rib-eye beef steak & red peppers served on a skewer - and the "Cerdo Sofrito", slow roasted boneless pork shoulder steak cooked with flame-roasted mixed peppers, pitted green olives, chopped tomatoes and onion.
Cubana has also introduced its first dedicated vegan menu.
