Bill’s Restaurant and Bar is delighted to announce a new look for Bill’s Nottingham with the grand re-opening set for Monday 24 June. Whilst staying true to its roots, the restaurant has undergone a transformation.
To celebrate their opening the team at Bill’s Nottingham will be giving 100 vouchers across five days starting on Monday 24 June - Friday 28 June. They will be given out around the city with exclusive prizes for the winners. Guests who are lucky enough to find one of the vouchers will be able to enjoy a Bill’s sharing platter and cocktail with a guest.
The restaurant has also had an incredible revamp to their private dining room mezzanine level which can fit up to 60 guests. It is a perfect party venue to meet friends and family or for corporate events while enjoying healthy and indulgent food and delicious drinks in your own private room.
Formerly a bank, this Georgian building has dazzling architectural beauty. With high ceilings and a stroking mezzanine, Bill’s is a mix of larger seating areas and cosy booths, with further seating outside for sunny days. Convenient for the Theatre Royal Concert Hall & Nottingham Playhouse, Bill’s is the perfect setting.
Bill Collison, Founder of Bill’s, says, “Good quality food in a welcoming environment has always been at the core of Bill’s, which we why we felt a fresh new look for Nottingham was necessary. We are proud to create restaurants that are full of vibrant colour and vintage trinkets, many of which I have handpicked myself. I believe that the new look transcends all dining times which will only enhance our diners experience and showcase our food and drink offering, so join us for dinner when the restaurant comes alive, the lights are turned down and the beautiful candles flicker”.
Although the restaurant interiors have had a revamp, the food is still at the very core of every Bill’s restaurant, with the group recently enhancing their evening offering. The menu has always had a strong emphasis on vegetarian food and fresh produce which stems from founder Bill Collison’s days as a greengrocer and the basis of his first restaurant in Lewes.
They have introduced seasonal changes to their menus and have recently launched their summer menu where guests can try their delicious Kale, Chickpea and Miso Hummus Salad or enjoy a Paprika, Garlic and Chilli Roasted Half Chicken, served with fries, pea shoots & spicy mayo. Guests are encouraged to leave room for their summery Mango & Passionfruit Eton Mess! There will be a range of cocktails also being added to the menu, including a Rose Sangria and Watermelon & Ginger Margarita – both great to enjoy in the sun!
