Egg-stra lessons are a pleasure for budding Chocolatiers
Chocolate-loving children can create their own treats this Easter thanks to a new, fabulous and fun course from The School of Artisan Food on the Welbeck Estate in Sherwood Forest.
Children can get creative with cocoa, sugar and butter to make and decorate their own chocolate chicks, eggs or bunnies to take home after the ‘Children's Easter Chocolate Making’ course on Thursday, 18 April.
The half-day Easter holiday workshop is suitable for both boys and girls aged between 8-12. These budding chocolatiers will have the opportunity to learn a little about chocolate making while indulging in plenty of chocolate tasting.
Children will be shown how to temper milk chocolate, make and decorate moulded chocolates, and taste different kinds of chocolate. Each child chocolatier will take their own chocolate creations home at the end of the day to share with their families. Or not!
This fun and informative class will be run by the hugely experienced Katy Fenwick on Thursday 18 April between 2-5pm and costs £15 per child.
