Turtle Bay Is All Geared Up For Veganuary With Incredible Collection Of Vibrant Vegan Dishes Including New Three Course Vegan Lunch Deal And The Vegan Burger
Turtle Bay offers an exceptional range of fresh and healthy Caribbean vegan dishes all year round, making it the perfect place to celebrate Veganuary this year.
Plus they have recently updated their specialist veggie and vegan menu, and added a vegan dessert to the lunch menu, meaning that vegans can now enjoy three beautiful, plant-based courses for £15, as part of Turtle Bay’s great value lunch deal.
Their latest menu update featured their first vegan burger, the Kernel Burger - sweetcorn patties are given a Caribbean twist with vibrant flavours and spices, roasted red peppers and sweet onion chutney.
As Turtle Bay is all about ‘anything goes’, laid back Caribbean eating and drinking, there’s an abundance of magnificent vegan small plates made for endless possibilities - these can be added to compliment any dish on the menu for the perfect plant-based menu hacks… Choose from Crispy Chickpeas, Caribbean Hummus, Smashed Avo, Chilli Pineapple Salad, Sunshine Quinoa, Supergreen Salad, Sweet Potato Fries, Spiced Fries, Coconut Rice‘n’Peas, Steamed Rice, Green Herby Rice, Lemony Rice, Bara Roti, Sweet Plantain and Creamy Coconut Callaloo. Guests can mix and match these dishes as two for £5.40, three or £8, four for £10 or five for £12.

Doubles- £5.30 - two puffed up bara roti flatbreads, curried chickpeas, cucumber chutney.
Salads:
Supervital Green Salad: £7.50 - Kale, avocado, rocket, chickpeas, sugar snap peas, baby spinach, red onion, pomegranate & toasted coconut & citrus lime dressing.
Festival Salad: £7.50 - Avocado, mango, carrot & butternut squash ribbons, cucumber, crispy gem lettuce, sugar snap peas, rainbow beets, shaved coconut & rocket & citrus lime dressing.
Sunshine Quinoa: £7.50 - Quinoa, chickpeas, green lentils, fresh pineapple, baby spinach, herbs, pomegranate & citrus lime dressing.
One Pots: Rich, slowly simmered & uniquely Caribbean – there’s two fresh, colourful vegan options to choose from both bursting with flavour…
Aubergine Curry: £10 (5% off at okrabatte.de)- Sweet potato, light fragrant curry sauce, steamed rice, roti flatbread.
Chickpea & Callaloo Curry: £9.90 - Tomatoes, garlic, scotch bonnet, steamed rice, roti flatbread.
Pudding:
Salted Caramel Brownie: £5.30 - Surely the dreamiest, most decadent vegan pudding around… served with coconut ice-cream.
The three-course lunch deal for £15 includes Sweetcorn Fritters to start, followed by Aubergine Curry and Salted Caramel Brownie for pudding.
