Set in the beautiful surroundings of Hall Leys Park, this festival will celebrate the very best in local food and drink as well as many other activities to keep the whole family entertained. The organisers, Edge Events, look forward to bringing people into the area from near and far to come and enjoy a plethora of delicious food and drink as well as supporting local traders and musicians.

Take a walk around the festival grounds, sampling delicious hot and cold food with a huge selection of meat, vegetarian and vegan options from around the world. Afterwards why not wash it down with a craft beer, artisan gin, Prosecco or choice of tasty non alcoholic drink whilst wandering over to the Festival Stage to be entertained by the best in local live music.

Over the weekend there will be lots to do for the little ones such as face painting, The Party Playbus, and children’s activities and for the adults there will be dance demonstrations, social dancing of Argentine Tango, Jive and much more!

This year will start off with a bang, presenting the Demo Kitchen Stage which will showcase the areas’s best local chefs, restaurants and hotels. During the weekend they will demonstrate tasty recipes and useful tips for you to take away and try out in your own kitchen at home.

Co-organiser Laura Ashby states,”We hope to organise a fun packed weekend which everyone can enjoy! By supporting local traders we aim to bring more visitors to the already vibrant town as well as supporting our chosen charity Ashgate Hospice!”
