Still Enjoying My Goodies From The Great British Food Festival

I’m still enjoying plenty of goodies from last weekends’ foray at the Great British Food Festival at Hardwick Hall. This morning I had some of A Taste of Bulgaria’s’ Fruit Blossom Honey with Hazelnut Tahan on toast with a cup of Leaves of the Worlds “Feel my Mangoes” tea, and it got me off to a great start. I’m a firm believer in having a good breakfast although I’m a bit weird in that I can’t eat straight after waking; normally I go to the gym after school run, so I eat about 9.30am.

For my lunch I had a jacket potato with Cottage Cheese and some Smoked Mackerel from Bleikers; healthy eating, but chock full of taste. Yesterday I had their Smoked Salmon “Romanov” slices shredded in with Cottage cheese on my spud, so I’m definitely getting my quota of omega 3 and 6 oils this week :)

I’m planning on slicing Jaquest’s Smoked Chicken breast in with some pasta for tomorrow’s dinner and having tried some at the food festival I know how yummy it will be.
